- All products must be returned or exchanged at the Gila Rut Salon location purchased.
- Returns are accepted for unopened, unused products with valid proof of purchase or original receipt.
- Guests can receive a full refund up to 30 days after the purchase date credited back to the original payment method. After 30 days, only salon credit or an exchange of equal value will be granted.
- Returns are not accepted for sale-priced items.
